This is one aspect that I don't recall seeing discussed about this company.

If the following assumptions prove accurate, then I believe that Jordex shareholders will
realize a benefit that should create a fair degree of excitement amongst investors,
Brokerage firms, and large financial institutions from Canada.

My premise has been based on the following assumptions:

- They do follow the Internet Capital Group model, and take down private placements
in emerging companies which have great potential.

- They establish themselves as a solid company and they shed the image of being just a
cash rich shell.

- They specialize in taking private placements in solid well positioned, and more
importantly - well supported US based firms.

My premise . . .

As Canadians, we are currently limited to holding only 20% of our Registered
Retirement Savings (RRSP) investment portfolios in foreign companies. Jordex is a
Canadian based company. As a result, our holdings in them are not bound by the 20%
foreign content limit.

Jordex's new business strategy will be based on the ICG model, and as a result, their
core holdings will likely be comprised of holdings in US based technology companies.

If this holds true, then Canadian Investors, thorough Jordex, will have direct access to
private placements in the pre IPO market in the United States.

What this means for us (as Jordex shareholders) is that we can have the flexibility to use
as much of our total portfolio as we deem acceptable to get in on the ground floor of
some great IPO's (e.g. Medsite.com). We will no longer have to worry about being
restricted by any foreign content legislation.

Now that I have said that, I have to stress that it may be prudent to see what this
company has been up to before you fully load up with stock purchased through your
RRSP. I personally like the flexibility that this provides me, and I am now looking
forward to hearing what they are planning to tell us.
