SaturnV - <Do have a link or a description of the 1998 IEDM paper which described the existing Intel 0.18 micron process [ the present Coppermine process]. If not do you remember the speed the SRAM test vehicle was capable of.> 16MB SRAM @1.06 GHz, with a caveat: the .18 process at that time .
