look in your address book for a group designation. I suspect that may solve the problem.

I commend you for trying to figure out how to send email without exposing one's address to others on your distribution list.

Privacy is an important issue for many and this is one of my pet peeves.

As an example, I recently requested info from Costco about getting MSN through them at a special price they were offering. They sent me a stock reply that was sent to a bunch of others at the same time. Everyone's address was disclosed.

Then the junk mail started.

It looks like what you're looking for is to be able to perform a word processing type of mail merge where you put some custom stuff into an otherwise standard document and end up with many copies of this document but each one different by a little bit, BUT, instead of documents, you want e-mail messages instead. I'm guessing here, but I think you'd like to not only create these but send (mail) them too.

I'm not a Word expert, but I'd suggest checking if Word allows you to do this the way you want.

Hint: Open Word and press Help (F1) and look under 'FORM LETTERS', yes, that's what Microsoft seems to call it.

Hope this helps, PW.

P.S. I'm sure we'd be curious to learn how you make out.
