I don't know, they probably had to reconfigure something and lost all messages between the problem and the solution. As I said we shouldn't be too surprised to see other sites (CSW) have similar bugs. This inet is young and no one has it 100% right yet,,,,heck, even Bell Canada dropped the ball in T.O. this summer, no service for hours, no backup either. 911 went down two or three nights ago for approx. 6 minutes. Don't sweat the small stuff.
