Re: Notes from a lurker

[Name of lurker omitted by request]

-----

I am missing something about why you have concluded the friends were "expected." If Chalem was still busy when they called and said to call back, or if either of them was making other calls, and agreed to talk again, and then there was no answer, that would certainly be cause for concern and to drive-over. Perhaps I misunderstood.

NEXT: Re: Joseph Charles & Assoc. - You probably did notice it from your calling them "our friends" :) and mentioning the warrants. If not, Did you happen to notice deep in the DTOX Registration Statement that JCA was "in bed" with them ? It was in the discussion of Aviation or Casino, I think ... I should have flagged it. Was interesting to me. The "in bed" may be too conjectural on my part. They [JDA] got a very hefty premium for exchange of options or wwarrants [from memory, it was something like $.32 per sh. exchanged for $2.21 per sh. of successor Co.-- and sold-- on ??? = hundreds of thousands of shares.]. JCA may have been the underwriter, or somehow came upon their "entitlement;" but it sure detracts [IMO] from their having completely clean hands. So then, why were they on the GDIS "hunt" ? If you sleep with dogs .... Also in the Registration Statement, did you notice the Russian shareholder? and, re: James Muldowney, I have read his name in another context w/in the past 2.5 yrs. Other scam stocks ?? Moving on about not clean hands, I don't remember the attorney's name -- Fenton?--- but as you probably already know, a respected/legitimate securities attorney would never be involved with those Co's ... it would be the death knell for any legitimate work.

AND: Did they know the murderer(s)? From the location, and if the murders were an "assignment," the answer is likely, "Yes." Whoever wrote about AC dressing up for a possible new monied investor, doesn't fly for me -- or, if that was the case, he would have been brought to them WITH someone Chalem/they knew.

FURTHER: The now-famous b'ball cap: If he was suited-up because of a meeting there [at the house], OR because of a meeting ASA he arrived in TN, he would wear the {inconsistent w/the suit} cap until the significant 'dress-up' time; or, did whoever came over [the killer{s}] bring him the cap as a present?

LASTLY: It is pretty clear that AC [and possibly Lehmann, too ? - I'm still undecided on that one issue... agree slightly more w/very bad timing on ML's. part], needed to be gotten rid of RIGHT THEN. Sure, it could have been punishment for becoming a govt. informant and an example to others; but, it could well also be that whatever he was going to be doing in TN, or thereafter, "HAD" to be stopped.

Just a few thoughts.
