While your post on pricing is a very worthwhile topic, my purpose here is not to engage in a full-blown discussion of Windows OEM pricing policy on the Intel thread (as this has already been presented in detail as it relates to Intel), but rather to correct an inaccuracy.

We were discussing what is "prohibited" (to which I was correcting the post: Microsoft does not "prohibit" bundles of other OS per FOF.) Your post discusses pricing (not prohibitions), and pricing is a very worthwhile topic for the MSFT thread, as it has the potential to impact margins.
