D.S.G., I specifically mentioned in the msg to Steve Harmon this co since this co gives the appearance that they are the leader when, in fact, we see almost no PRs from them on their progress in the distance video area. They run on ISDN (H320) which is very expensive and one of the key reasons why video has not progessed further to date.

Funny u should notice that, b/c it is one of the co's I track in this mkt segment, and something caused me to take a further look at it this past weekend.

On fundamentals, co is in poor shape financially (but may be coming out of it), and product-wise they need to move away from H320/ISDN (though the co claims it is the leader).

Maybe it's a TokyoJoe P&D, like MADGF. MADGF has seen poor results in the video area.

FVCX made the right move in going to H323. NMRX offers H323 as well, but limits the # of users (a drawback imo, but NMRX has other LOBs).
Disclosure: I'm long FVCX. Sold the NMRX -came very close to tgt 1/8th away, in very short time.
