Could Pharmos apply for "selling" losses? Cytogen news on the subject: www3.techstocks.com

New Jersey program is $50 million a year (to divide among "qualified losers"), Cytogen will "sell" (and get actual dollars) to/from other NJ companies which in turn will have a lower tax load from the state.

Pharmos is a NJ based company, and it does have big carryover losses (accumulated deficit: $77,779,095).
