I've been told by the company there was a floor on the first deal and there is a floor on the current deal So the management would have no trouble telling the investing public, Cima I know you are a great supported of this company. May be you should tell the management to disclose ALL the terms of the financing, the current silence can not be helping their share price.

It is good to see you here again CIMA. NObody told me that there was no floor in the financing. The stock just traded as such, therefore the assumption. For the stock to drop from the high $3 to $1 right after the deal, it was a reasonable assumption I think. Are you saying that it was wrong? I would be glad if that was the case. Do you know what the floor was? Please don't tell me $1 because that would still make it a no floor for all extensive purposes. Is there another financing done at this time? I didn't know about it. Can you please elaborate more?
