INFe.com plans IPO for IT*CareerNET
INFe.com (OTC BB: INFE), an e-commerce and Internet consulting company, announced it will spin off its IT*CareerNET division and raise $25 million through an initial public offering that would make IT*CareerNET a separate public company.
IT*CareerNET projects it will reach annual revenue of $100 million through a series of strategic acquisitions. INFe.com will retain a large equity ownership in IT*CareerNET.
IT*CareerNET is a portal site for technology companies and job seekers to find each other. The site offers recruiting services, career services and Internet affinity programs aimed at its audience.
