Rebecca (sp) called me and said they think they have everything done for the SEC, but they could ask for more. The company is not going away. I suggested that as investors we would like to know what is going on and she said she would bring that to there attention. The reason the price drop came about is that 144's dumped their stock on the market. also to check quotes she recommended pcquotes.com ragingbull.com

The company tried all they could to comply in time with the SEC and work day and night and still trying their best. Hahahahahahaha. Ahahahahahahaha. Hahahahahaha. For all those months of evasiveness and stalling. After their lawyer had that (shall we say convenient?) auto accident. Then their inadequate disclosures and finally they are forced to disclose their sweetheart stock deals among themselves? Hahahahahahahahaha. I think they were working overtime all right. But something tells me it wasn't on preparing an adequate public disclosure. Better notify the narcotics officer there in Kemah. Someone has gotten into some substances that obviously weren't controlled nearly enough.
