Understood. However, my point is, that we may be breaking out of the lull finally. I think we may be breaking out on the upside, after failing to even retest the recent lows of $35 (as it was just too low).

Heads Up Bosco,

Is Moody's saying that Tyco's decision to stop using stock for acquisitions may put a strain on cash but not enough of a strain to lower its bond ratings. Is this double talk and how will the market react? You may have been wise to stick to your 35 GTC.
