This alone may reduce discretionary income and raise market rates enough in the U.S. to burst the bubble. With higher yields in Europe going forward for the same reason, US equity markets lose still more liquidity. No to mention the increased purchasing power for the third worlders that take gold delivery.

The fed will be busy.
