New Visual Entertainment Forms Strategic Alliance with Intelecon Show Services
SAN DIEGO, Nov. 9 /PRNewswire/ -- New Visual Entertainment, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: NVXE - news) announces today that it has completed an agreement with Intelecon Show Services to co-venture on the production, post-production marketing and distribution of 3D film, video and digital media. The two companies will launch the relationship by utilizing Intelecon's high-end projection and digital production technologies and New Visual's library of 3D footage to demonstrate a state-of-the-future, comprehensive 3D exhibition package at the upcoming IAAPA trade show later this month.

The Company reports that the two companies have been aware of each other's presence, with a desire to work together, for quite some time in order to combine New Visual's film production capabilities and existing footage with that of the computer-generated 3D effects of Intelecon's digital studios. New Visual has shipped hours of digitally transferred footage to the studios at Intelecon's headquarters in Dallas to be thematically incorporated into the trade show presentation with an emphasis on high-quality visual impact.

The agreement also stipulates that Intelecon will produce the digital effects on New Visual's latest film ''A Day At the Beach'' edited by Dana Brown and shot by J.P. Beeghley featuring legendary surf filmmaker, Bruce Brown. The new film also contains intriguing underwater photography from the Belize Barrier reef and Hawaii's hottest surf spots hosting the top surfers in the world shot by renowned cameraman Mike Prickett.

''We're thankful to have a team of talented engineers, and projection technologies to incorporate into our 3D film platform,'' states Ray Willenberg, Jr., CEO of New Visual. ''Eddie Vakser and his brother, Vladimir have assembled a very impressive package of digital tools and production talent that will strengthen our 3D content immensely. The opportunity to present at IAAPA is one that neither of us could afford to pass on,'' he concludes.

The IAAPA trade show is the largest gathering of Theme Park, Amusement Park and Attractions buyers in the world. The show opens November 17th in Atlanta and runs through the 20th. The co-ventured exhibit booth will be positioned directly across from the industry-leading special venue entertainment provider, IMAX, and is expected to draw considerable traffic with an unprecedented offering of 3D content and high-end projection technologies.
