Yes! This is the IMS case. Intel played dirty to win that case by using a very devious technique. Now, that may be coming back to bite them. It looks like the TechSearch folks made a smart buy on the IMS patents.

I just read the article. Let me see, CNBC says Intel lost. I can't believe their reporting. All that happened was that a Plaintiff in a lawsuit called an expert witness to testify as to its alleged economic damages.
