Who is being unreasonable here?? Are you suggesting that Microsoft should pay the extortionist penalty money for a fact finding report that has no basis on fundamental truth? The finding was bias, based on ignorance to the history of why Microsoft became a powerhouse?? Gloating that nobody is above the law was a joke. The whole anti trust trial was above the law and the reactions of arrogance is contemptible for all that is decent and just. The articles in the finding are ludicrous and shows the tragedy of abuse in America by politicians and people in high positions. Hopefully the next presidential Election will put some of these injustices and those that cause it out to the trash collectors.

Unfortunate indeed, and yet it appears that MSFT is unwilling to make any major concessions. Not only unwilling but of a temperament such that they are not even interested. Let's hope that we're wrong.
