I was thinking Peter Allen CEO DDIM based on clues and the fact that the chairman Lawrence Martin was pretty frank in an interview with Individual Investor June 1999...BWDIK

Fred-A greenspun thread poster made a stab at it too. The candidate:
Cameron Daley from TAVA/Beck based on comments he made a few months back according to the poster. Another poster believed Daley had left the company.

We'll never know if Mr. CEO was a real person.

Suffice it to say that there have been enough negative comments re: the state of utilities from solution providers it gives pause for concern.

DDIM, TAVA-Beck,ect. Hmn.

CEO who has so much integrity he worries over confidential clauses so he won't go public?

Really?

Who has that much integrity?

The whole world is about to fall apart and a "CEO" is worried about integrity?

We have two choices here.

1) Mr. North is fully invested in Y-2K supplies and is desperate to unload.

or

2) There is a huge conspiracy, we are not paranoid, and we are all f#ucked!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
