>>why isn't Bezos selling?

Bezos has sold $23 million in AMZN stock:

I think Kis's point is that Amazon insiders have profited
handsomely - while there's still a high degree of
uncertainty as to whether the company will make it long
term. Bezos is obviously cognizant of the signal he would
be sending were he to unload a large amount of shares at
this point in time - and even if Amazon's stock get's cut
in half, Bezos will still be a billionaire. It's
interesting time we are in - when so many can profit so
much based on stories and predictions.

As for other Amazon insiders that have been selling - here
is a summary of the amounts of AMZN stock that some past
and present members of Amazon's executive staff have sold:

Kavitark Shriram, VP, CTO: $12.4 million
Jimmy Wright, VP: $7.5 million
Sheldon Kaphan, VP: $5.6 million
David Risher, VP: $21.7 million
Joy Covey, VP: $16.6 million
Joel Spiegle, VP: $6.6 million
Mary Morouse, VP: $8.3 million
Richard Dalzell, VP, CIO: $4.4 million
Mary Engstrom, VP: $8.5 million

Oh, come on! Then why isn't Bezos selling? Even a nickel? For crying out loud!

Rob,

Bozos sold $25 million worth last year. That is a lot of money for running a firm that has only bled red ink to the tune of almost a billion dollars. When was the last time you took in $25 million?
