Peak.com, Peak.com News Team Receives Press Accreditation for World
Trade Organization Seattle Minist

BELLINGHAM, WASHINGTON--PeakSoft Multinet Corp. (ASE: PKS; OTC-BB:
PEAMF) announces that the company has launched The Peak.com News
Division to support its new small business community at Peak.com
(http://www.peak.com), and that the first issue of its online
small business news magazine has now been published at peak.com.

The Peak.com Magazine news team has been granted press
accreditation for the Seattle Ministerial Conference of the World
Trade Organization to be held in Seattle from November 30 to
December 3. According to conference chairperson and U. S. Trade
Representative Charlene Barshefsky, this conference will be the
largest trade event ever held in the United States. It will be
attended by representatives of the 134-member countries of the
WTO. This historic session will continue global negotiations
which will shape world markets and will create and expand
opportunities for the small business sectors of its members'
economies.

"Original news features will add great value to the community at
peak.com. Access to this landmark business and political event
will give PeakSoft a significant opportunity explain the mission
and the workings of the WTO to peak.com's magazine readership and
community members, and to forge alliances with representatives of
the international small business press," said Douglas Foster,
PeakSoft's president and CEO. "The news features to be published
at peak.com will be topical and will be intended to help small
business owners and managers."

"Business, by its very definition, is not static. The Peak.com
Magazine is intended to be unlike any other business publication
to be found on the web inasmuch as it is being purposely designed
to assist small business owners and managers to think about
potential prospects and possible new directions for their
businesses," added the magazine's managing editor, Calvin
Patterson.

The company currently has reporters on contract in many major
Canadian and US cities, and has plans to increase coverage
dramatically in the New Year. The Company is also prepared to
grant republication rights to its articles to broaden the reach
and awareness of services and content at peak.com. Inquiries
