aauha, I will be brief, (I am writing from a Compusa store - demo koiosk for DSL) I could not keep from writing given the additional text of your letter in your last post. I wish you had given us more from your letter before. When read in context - the part about the long term stench appears much more benign and makes the SEC'S SEARCH OF YOUR HOME APPEAR MUCH LESS 'REASONABLE' !!!!!!!!!!!!!MUCH MUCH LESS REASONABLE - maybe SEC has a three strikes and you're out policy !!!!!!!!!!!! Also, it is not clear from the face of Mr B's letter that the SEC attorney is still on the case or that the attorney has the same level of authority in the case. The letter did say something about "taking steps" or something like that. Note also that the response is from a Mr Berger while the request that persons that complained to the SEC thru email further identify themselves (names and addresses and phone numbers) came from a N. Finston. store is closing. got to go
