Here's that Briefing.com article. Briefing is probably the best thing I've gotten out of SCH:

Internet play is forgotten no more... Over past several days,
Briefing.com has noted movement in the stock on our In Play page... Today, NETP staging a major league
breakout as it gapped higher on more than 10x average daily volume... Prior to recent action, stock had spent
better part of 4 months consolidating 15-20 range, well below its 52-wk high of 35 set the day it went public
back in late April... Based on today's technical breakout, strong top-line growth (last quarter saw revenues
jump to a record $4.1 mln - a 256% year/year improvement and a 46% sequential gain), and an impressive
array of new product offerings, Briefing.com expects stock to easily take out its old high on the way to 45-50
area... What exactly does NETP do, you ask? Well, they are the world's preeminent developer and supplier
of real-time personalization solutions that enable Internet retailers to market to customers on a true
one-to-one basis... Last quarter company added 25 new licensed customers, including eToys (ETYS) and
the Carlson Companies, a $22 billion private international hotel, restaurant and travel industry company...
NETP also has accounts with Procter & Gamble (PG), Sportsline.com (SPLN), Wine.com and Follet Higher
Education Group... Overall, company had 138 customers as of 9/30/99... New products include, Net
Perceptions for Marketing Campaigns (meant to ensure that the email a consumer receives from a retailer is
specifically tailored to that individual's tastes and needs), Net Perceptions for Knowledge Management
(targets Fortune 1000 companies with a solution that helps customers capture both the explicit and the
implicit knowledge accumulated in an organization) and the Net Perceptions Recommendation Engine
(profiles goods customer might be interested in based on prior purchase decisions, etc). -- RW
