Visesh Infosystems' IPO to open on Nov 24

Bangalore-based Visesh Infosystems will hit the capital market on November 29 with an initial public offerings (IPO) of Rs 13.67 crore. The company is issueing 27.75 lakh equity shares at a price of Rs 50 per share. The public issue is to fund its future expansion plans and acquisitions.

The company proposes to list the equity shares at the stock exchanges of Bangalore and Hyderabad and the NSE. Of the 27.75 lakh shares on the offer, 1.25 lakh shares are reserved for Foregin Institutional Investors on firm allotment basis and to Taib Bank in Mauritius. Another 1.5 lakh shares are reserved for NRIs and employees .
