Any chance it could just be related to the Stanford deal. A story posted earlier quoted spokesman Lawlor as saying the Stanford deal may be worked out as early as tomorrow. Who knows...but let's hope! :-)

Spokesperson for the company cited today that they knew of no talks that were taking place.

So--how do we e-mail board members and say it's way OK if they want to sell :-) Or, could it be more helpful to suggest that they are individually liable should they blow off any legitimate offer in deference to TM's ego.

FWIW. I doubt if Alcatel is a serious player in anything that might be going on. Strictly a WAG.

Anyone have a clue or care to guess at short interest at today's close?
