No, the verdict wasn't out today. Contrary to CNBC reporting, all that happened today was the the company which bought the patent for $50,000 from a company which was in Ch 11 Bankruptcy called an expert witness to testify as to damages. That' it. Blown way out of proportion. By the way, thanks to a private post from someone to me earlier, I can tell you that techSearch, the company which bought the patent is a law firm. It is an LLC formed by patent attorneys formed soley for the purpose of suing Intel in this case.

The folks at CNBC are getting more and more sloppy with their reporting as each day passes. They cost investors who held about 750,000 a point or more in after-market trading based upon their false reporting.
