Bill, I guess I am a simpleton. I plot the NAZ over 180 or 360 days and draw channels on the lows and highs, when price bangs up against upper channel I short, when it hits the bottom channel I go long. I also look at market psychology and any upcoming Fed meetings and try to paint a picture from all that. By the way, have you ever counted cards in blackjack, your system reminds me of that, you can value playing cards in the same way as your bullish bearish indicator, the sum total gives you an idea whether to take a hit or stand pat. What does your sum total indicator tell you right now? Hit or stick? I assume you bought Dow puts last week?
