Bank of Madura & Satyam Info float net company

THE PRIVATE sector Bank of Madura Ltd (BoM) and Satyam Infoway Ltd have teamed up to float a pioneering Net venture. The company, styled Ties2India.com has an initial equity of Rs 12 crore with the two promoters holding 50:50 stake. It is slated to provide e-commerce services targeted at persons of Indian origin (PIO). It will initially be located in India, and later in the US.

Satyam in deal with US co to set up engg JV

SATYAM Computer Services Ltd has signed a 50:50 joint venture agreement with the $2-billion Venture Industries, Detroit, to set up Satyam-Venture Engineering Services Private Limited.
