When you stake a claim in Manitoba you have thirty days to file it. I don't think anybody has staked any claims in that area. There are two ways to acquire claims, bush staking and permit staking. All the claims so far have been by way of permit. I believe the maximum size is 55,000 acres and you have to put up $25,000 per permit by way of letter of credit or cash. Assessment expenditures would be the same as permits. A real bad operator could go onto BHP's permit and stake all the targets that are inside their permits and back staking documents to before November 1.
