EUTOE announced today that the merger with Ivy Entertainment.com has been completed. The name has been changed to Strategic Alliance Group Inc. which was approved by shareholders in August of this year. The Resignations of all Eutro board members were sent express mail Nov. 11, 1999 to the Florida Ssecretary of State as well as the appointment of the new board.
