Sign up screens shouldn't have been to cumbersome. There are too many other real time quote sites with easy sign up procedures. Here are a few: quotes.freerealtime.com quote.ragingbull.com etrade.com rtq.thomsoninvest.net

hey pw, have i tried the new quotes? no. i was put off by the SI email sign up procedure. and i use classic exclusively anyway. i did, however see a few posts on the subject. cheeky was posting on the 'welcome' thread. this post and the next few deal with quotes somewhat, i think #reply-11853715 i'm glad i didn't go through the sign up process after reading what several folks have written about it. imo, SI is off on a bells-and-whistle tangent that is creating problems for users. they just could not resist the urge to tinker with a highly successful format. but that's a rant i'll spare everyone. :) mark
