Hi f: Nooooo, no, no - the BO in CSCO was yesterday! Yesterday, CSCO closed above 74 for the first time - volume was around 25 mil. CSCO's average volume is around 19 mil. It did close exactly at 74 one day at the end of October on heavy volume, but it couldn't hold it and fell back the next day. Yesterday's move in light of the er worries, the "MSFT effect" and expected general market PTing after days of gains was verry gutsy.

So my buy this morning was based on Monday's action. When it looked like it would hold the 74 BO on the close again today, I figured it was a done deal, so I bought more.
