Zeev, you keep predicting Vlnc's demise. You
were expecting a decline to the $3's and even
to the $2's. Sorry to disappoint you <VBG>.

Because you elect to ignore anything that
management says, you are missing the vital
piece of the puzzle which explains why the
stock has held up so well under the very
concerted and leveraged attacks of CC.
This also causes you to predict tax loss
selling when in fact before the end of the
year any shares bought within the last 2
years will be showing a profit.

How much DD have you done on your ulbi investment?
Who have you talked to in the pc or cell phone
industry who knows what li-poly batteries are
being sampled from which manufacturers and who
is actually able to supply them in volume?

I know that if you investigated thoroughly
you would find confirmation that vlnc is in the
lead with the best batteries and are probably
still the only producer who can deliver volumes.

I think that your analysis is almost exclusively
driven by TA. In this case of a stock which has
been very heavily shorted and has held up remarkably
well. You have admitted as much.

I know that in your experience most companies who
get involved with floorless prefered issues get
damaged far worse than Vlnc has. But every case is
unique and I think you are being far too simplistic
and that is causing you to discount the strength that
the stock has shown. That strength is due to the fact
that the company is indeed on the cusp of success.
You've had the last word many times, and that's
effecting your judgement. Stop being so stubborn.
You yourself have already admitted that vlnc is
far more resiliant than you can easily explain.

How do you explain that Vlnc is still selling
at many times book value even in spite of very heavy
shorting by CC and a balance sheet which is very
weak? You don't really think that those who have
been buying all the shares CC and friends have been
selling short are investing on the advice of FMK do
you?

You are badly misreading the TA, and you know nothing
of the FA except for the terrible looking balance
sheet. There is much more to the equation than that,
but it won't be revealed by the SEC filings or by
company PR until they have signed contracts. I'm
quite confident that they are coming because I've
heard from many different sources that Vlnc has
the product and can deliver. I'm sure OEM contracts
will be signed this year.

One of us will be proven very wrong quite soon
and it won't be me.

Zeev, you seem confident that CC "might succeed" in driving the Valence stock into the ground. Such a bold opinion deserves a reply to I.N.Vesters questions which I've re-posted below. Do you have the courage to directly respond???:
