Now I like that. The remaining effort relates primarily to coding, testing, and implementation. Does that mean the documentation and pricing's done?

I have to wonder if there's not a bit more to it (unless it was the HotJava team). They were pretty casual with saying 'October' from practically day one with Star. It's not like they said 'before the end of the year'. They said "October".

I'm thinking maybe it's not something else, like no big customers ready to bite until big bandwidth is more ubiquitous, or until after y2k IT spending restraints.

It doesn't make a whole lot of sense (about development and testing).
