The phone you want is dual band QCP-2760--the ThinPhone--and it really IS thin!! Flatter and lighter than Nokia.
The design is quiet, but it grows on you. And you can get a $30 rebate from Sprint if you buy it in the next few
days, till the 15th I think. Data cable connects to your laptop.

To report on my LA experiment--it works GREAT everywhere but hills and canyons, then not as good as T or
Airtouch. Haven't tested PacBell yet.

Does anyone know how rapidly Sprint is building up LA network?
