Graystone, I think what you said is true in a general sense. I think the words of people like Brian and Emile scare most people, and actually help to keep them on a more centric pathway. The scarier aspect is that there are a few people who words of that nature and it sends them into an even more extreme state of mind than Brian or Emile may have intended. Extremeism (of any sort) can send those people that have less stability or a less grounded nature into a delusional state of mind that can have very unfortunate consequences. Unfortunatly, I don't know if speaking out against hatred and isolationism does anything to dissuade those that are prone to falling prey to the words of the extremist. but what is our choice, sit and do nothing, stay silent and hope for the best? I would rather speak up and take my chances. Mark
