Skarloey, You own a piece of the future. ETEL has been putting together a community of people who will soon use their products. One is the free phone calls over the internet.
I personally think this is the next internet gorilla. ETEL is not stopping their grow alla AOL. They are just building their subscribership.
I like it.

ETEL >> STRONG BUY @$4 1/8, 12 month target $35

I am accumulating ETEL now with a STRONG BUY rating with a 12 month price target of $35. My last pick was NETP which I started accumulating at around $15. In just 15 days it hit $40. I am very bullish on future prospects of ETEL's ZeroPlus subsidiary which has deals with TalkCity, CyberGold, IcySpicy, WallStreetNewsCast and many others. In my opinion ETEL is baby NTOP (Net2Phone) and is very undervalued keeping in mind its explosive future prospects. ETEL's past and present isn't that impressive but future looks very colorful. I am strongly accumualating ETEL in the price range of $4 something.

Just my views.

'Talk Turkey' Promotion Showcases PC-to-Phone Calling Service

GERMANTOWN, Md., Nov. 16 /PRNewswire/ -- e-Net, Inc. (Nasdaq: ETEL) -- a leader in revolutionizing the way consumers and businesses use the Internet to place and receive telephone calls -- today announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, ZeroPlus.com, is sponsoring a promotion on Thanksgiving Day to preview its PC-to-Phone Service. Calling the event "Talk Turkey Day," ZeroPlus.com will provide free unlimited PC-to-Phone calls anywhere within the continental United States and most of Canada for customers who activate ZeroPlus.com accounts with a $25 deposit by November 24, 1999.

"There is no busier day in the year than Thanksgiving Day for placing calls to family members and friends," noted Robert A. Veschi, President and CEO of e-Net, Inc. "We just couldn't think of a better opportunity to give customers a free test drive of our PC-to-Phone capability. Historically, this has been a day when the circuits are jammed, so we're giving our members an alternate calling route to their families and close friends, and we are doing it for free! Our users have been anxious for their ZeroPlus.com software to be able to call their friends and loved ones that do not have a PC or Internet access. We hope everyone will take advantage of the free calling."

Members planning to "Talk Turkey" can go to www.zeroplus.com/store/buy_time.html to set up their account.

ZeroPlus.com, which currently provides PC-to-Phone calling capability to toll free 800, 888 and 877 numbers, is making this capability available starting on November 25, 1999 to any number, anytime in the continental United States and most of Canada, and anticipates availability anywhere in the world by January 1, 2000. The "Talk Turkey" promotion not only gives members a chance to try this new capability, it also gives participants two free months of ZeroPlus.com's advanced features including Call Forwarding, Call Waiting, Call Transfer and Call Blocking. The $25 accounts will be used for PC-to-Phone call charges after Thanksgiving Day.

ZeroPlus.com's goal is to provide complete integration of both PC-to-PC calling and PC-to-Phone calling. Users currently dial a "0" plus another member's ZeroPlus.com Internet phone number to make a PC-to-PC phone call. To take advantage of free PC-to-Phone calling on Thanksgiving Day, users will simply dial a "1" plus the 10-digit traditional numbers of the people they are calling. No new software is required, and those being called are not required to have a ZeroPlus.com number.

Concluded Mr. Veschi, "We believe that ZeroPlus.com has provides the most unique Internet calling capability available today. With this preview of PC-to-Phone calling, we plan to show our users that our products are both easy to use and capable of providing a high quality level of service. At the end of the day on November 25, 1999, we hope that a large community of users will know us a little better and will look forward to taking advantage of PC-to-Phone calling on a regular basis."

-About e-Net and ZeroPlus.com-
e-Net, Inc. is a recognized leader in developing hardware and software
technology that allows voice to be transmitted over data networks, including
the Internet, IP, ATM, or Frame Relay. The company's wholly owned subsidiary,
ZeroPlus.com, provides consumers with their own permanent Internet telephone
number and specialized software that enables them to place and receive phone
calls anytime, anywhere via their computers--completely free of charge. The
revolutionary aspect of this service is that domestic Internet calls are made
by dialing "0" plus a 10-digit number and international calls by dialing "00"
plus the number, very similar to the way people make calls on a traditional
phone network. To begin using this new service, consumers first register on-
line at www.ZeroPlus.com, select their permanent Internet phone number and
download e-Net's free software. With three simple steps, consumers can place
and receive free calls over the Internet, PC to PC. The new, free instant
messaging capabilities expand the ZeroPlus.com portfolio of services, which
also includes call hold, caller ID and speed dial at no charge. ZeroPlus.com
also can deliver free phone calls that travel "off" the Internet to 800, 888,
and 877 numbers across the nation and around the world.
