I think the article was talking about the previous Ericsson agreement. Note that the article was talking about the 1998 quarter in reference to the ending of the agreement. Zi and Ericsson drafted a new agreement in February 1999 for equipment integrating Zi technology that did not go on sale in China until August 1999.
