What's wrong with this picture? Looks like quasi-extortion to me...
Some might think it's "cute" or "smart" but in the end it's gutter profit.

may I ask how on what do you base the billion dollar concession by Intel? I would think it would be quite subjective, and given the obsessive and ruthless way by which intel roots out inefficiencies (and rivals!), I would think Intel would appeal this case 'til close to the end of time,no?
