i have talked to the hhl.a yesterday concerning the up coming court case today news will be released tomorrow concerning the event. they expect a long term extention to the ccaa approval. hurricane has in the last few months paid back all there employee back pay which was in the rears 3 million american and paid back all there suppliers a total of 23 million dollars american which clears up all there debts to date except the bondholders which they are working on and will begin paying back promptly payments including interest. not to bad for a company that stated 6 months ago that they could not pay there employees or even hire an accountant to do there 1 qtr properly. now they have paid all there supplier debts an employee debts totalling 25 mil canadian. so with regards to that they have managed to complete a large portion of there goals to date since going under court protection. the same judge who gives the extentions is always the same guy they see each time the court needs to review the extentions, so its not like its a different guy each time this judge knows what the company has been through and can see the huge progres they have made to turn this company back into a viable one. the company does not see any problems getting another extention at all.

UBS . . . Unique Broadband Systems . . . nice sounding name but I think they're more BS than real. We'll play the momo if there is any but I would not consider this as an investment.
