Amy,

it's around on the net about the offshore company,
here is a part, you might try searching for Intel and Maelen and Techsearch.
ildf.com

"As part of bankruptcy proceedings, Intel used the shell company, Maelen Ltd., to file a motion to rescind the sale of the patent to TechSearch.
A Texas judge in the bankruptcy recently rebuked Intel for using the offshore firm without disclosing its interest in the case."

Another piece,
zdnet.com
"In response to a TechSearch motion, Maelen admitted last month that it was an "affiliate of Intel," according to court papers. Michael Carney, a Bank of America employee in the Cayman Islands, testified in a telephone deposition that Intel was the sole owner of Maelen, which had assets of $100."
