Hi Bill - Corps, larger and small, routinely float debt, so it is indeed not necessarily a big deal. However, a rating change affects the company's cost of doing business.

After investing cluelessly for so many years, I ve finally learned that debt burden is worse than stock dilution. Or, to put it differently, debt can make the company's income go from black to read while stock dilution only make it earn less per share.

Not exactly the kind of news to send people rushing out to buy the stock, eh? Its the company/management they've downgraded and this time it didn't come from Tyce. Watch your backs.
