Its good to be upset. Gets the juices flowing.

But who's upset? After all, I have to contend with my wife, her bowling team, her relatives - yea, countless other many SLUP shareholders who are there because of my technology judgement, and my opinion of the management.

and the questions are:

"Why?"

"How could they?"

"When will it come to a conclusion?"

I don't believe it will end. I am firmly convinced that the SEC has painted themselves into a corner. Their only exit is to tell the truth, and admission of conflict of interest on the part of the Senior Counsel in Charge is too painful. Such an admission would bring the entire SEC and their abuse of power under scrutiny, and lead to curbs.

Once powerful, it is hard to give it up - so we have the silence, the stonewall, and "give it enough time and it will go away" syndrome.

It is we shareholders who have to keep up the pressure on the SEC thru our Congressmen and Senators. We have to blow the lid off this miniature teapot dome. We need to find some way to get a national media exposee. Anybody know a good investigative reporter? There is enough of an odor eminating from this to arouse a pack of wolves and have them chasing like mad.
