I've been following this one for about a year, and agree with your assessment and concern. Nevertheless, the situation appears to be improving, and there appears to be an "interested party" at the helm. I'd suspect if he can pull off this "turnaround", he'll be able to write any ticket he wants. Strong incentive to succeed!

Just glanced at the "shorts". Appears there are approx. 45 days outstanding(at normal volumes). If there should develop some upward price pressure, the "stampede" could be deafening. Big percentages are involved at these levels.

Well you seem to be right; referring to your post from August. It looks like the stock is starting to trend up, albeit very slowly. The earnings report overall was more positive than what I expected and reducing debt (thru sales) is a good step.

Was doing some Xmas shopping and saw some Sunbeam products. They continue to present a positive image no matter how badly the company has screwed up.
