Re "ringing dinner bells"--That may be so, but from a fairly disinterested observer (me), be aware that the fundamentals on Zi have changed dramatically in the past couple of months. It does appear that Zi, after a long incubation, has emerged a winner in the effort to bring Chinese text to computing and communications. That is huge, and really alleviates the heavy burden of finding additional capital--which has been the big overhang on this stock.

I still see the play as a bit speculative, and Zi as a "development stage" company. But it's a lot closer to positive cash flow now than it was 3 months ago. And there aren't that many shares outstanding vis-a-vis the size of the potential markets.

Best,
JS
