E-Commerce Report<Picture><Picture> cbs.marketwatch.com Zany Brainy toys with Net By @ugust Cole, CBS MarketWatch Last Update: 12:29 PM ET Nov 10, 1999Internet Daily EuroNet Daily Children's toy store Zany Brainy launched its first e-commerce Web site, ZanyBrainy.com. Along with a brace of children's toys and e-commerce capabilities, it also has interactive components. The site has a feature which lets kids examine features of certain toys online. Lists of products selected by the company (ZANY: news, msgs) are also available and are sorted by price and age range. As well, the company is promoting non-violent toys through an online trade in program where parents can exchange a "violent" toy for a "non-violent" toy. The chain has 103 stores in 26 states, the company said.
