Thank's J. Now that was a clean read of what has taken place with the road show todate.

I see there is a total float and o/s listed of:

-Recent Price: 14 cents ( on printing date)
-52-Week Range: 5 cents - 80 cents
-Shareholder's Equity: 40%
-Share Outstanding: 83,150,201 shares
-Float: 18 millions
-Market Capitalization: $12,472,532

Just some more DD. and my questions will be clear.

Have a great day.
Jim....

Thanks Dai for a great report.

LET ME BE BLUNT. and I quote from Dai's report:

>A large screen with a slide show guided Tom through each topic on the brochure. At the end of the
>presentation, there were a demonstration of the ePin on the large screen; however, it was not a live
>testing (no credit card were used as a test, but rather the step by step demonstration of the process).

My initial gut reaction to reading this was sheer dissapointment and frustration. WHY THE HELL put on a roadshow just to hand out a brochure and do a song-and-dance with some Powerpoint slides????? That's what the Post OFfice is for. This show is kinda like going to the Auto Show and not being able to drive anything. Yeah, it whets the appitite, but I'll buy the cool looking car THAT ACUTALLY WORKS.

If I were at a presentation, the FIRST question I would expect from the crowd is WHY DIDN"T YOU BRING A WORKING UNIT????? Do we REALLY expect brokerage firms to jump with glee if they can't get HANDS ON experience????

PLEASE forgive the negative tone of my post. I'm just dissapointed. I'm sure MANY positive things will come from these meetings in regards to top-of-mind recognition and awareness of the company. But the damn thing HAS to work.
