If Microsoft gets split, who answers customer questions? I can see it now, Joe customer has a problem and calls Microsoft only to be told by the Word people the problem is with Windows after the Windows people told him his problem is caused by Word. Welcome to the merry-go-round.

Art, OK..that lays it out pretty succinctly... Seems clear that those with a political interest in the matter are inclined to be quite a bit more harsh than either DoJ's Klein or Judge Jackson would likely be. After all the complaints about the Judge, won't it be interesting if/when he ends up being the moderating influence on the harsher political interests?..
