-art: Which is easily answered with the response " you must be doing something wrong". When you call for their help do you listen or do you just tell them what a lousy product they make. Mine crashes from time to time but it generally occurs when I start playing around with something I downloaded from the internet.

Of course you could always buy a SUNW product - they have a lot of free software they say. and then there is always the Mac which seems to be popular with the left and media crowd these days. JFD

If I could obtain the answer to this question for $35, I'd consider it a great bargain.
