Not sure why you asked what refinery capacity is but thought you might like to know that some y2k analysts are thinking the refineries are going to have the most, and most severe, problems come jan 1. I have seen estimates that total refinery capacity in the US may only be 60% of norm, and that it may take months to fix due to all the "jury rigging" to meet various laws that have been implemented over the years.

Securitytrader says that if we hold yesterdays high, 77.59, then we have an inverse head and shoulders. That is about the neckline and 50DMA.
Off to the races, he didn't give a target yet but your resistance seems good for first target?
Unless I'm missing something, been busy, I just got online now.
