Jim,
Got to wait until after the meeting to see if this is a sell the rumor and buy the fact. Also, CEI intends to buy back up to $500 million of stock, which could be 30 million shares. Still, I agree that the Charter situation is terrible. .19 is one time reversal of charter past due rents. so.. FFO would be .57 or higher in future quarters if everything else stays status quo.
Richard

Hi Richard,
Jim posted on my subject of interest, CEI. The dividend cut has been in the price for the last several points down. Actually, I would be surprised if they did cut the dividend. I liked the honestly and completeness of the report. One of the things that they have been accused of is not being forthright with the street. Well, this report addresses all of the know ills. Will be interesting to hear the conference call later today. I own just a little of CEI but I'm heavy in COPI their operating company which as I understand it, is insulated from the Charter problems. There chart is a beauty with a good base. Maybe a little more tax selling, but i think that it's clear to do a run. Would welcome your opinion.
Best regards....George
