Ignoring ISPYOIL
may be the best bet. I check this board periodically and it seems that he/she posts essentially the same message every couple of weeks or so. It's always a claim that a reverse split is "inevitable." There's no obvious reason why Harken would need or want to effect a reverse split and ISPYOIL has never offered any coherent rationale for one. Incidentally, Harken spent an extended period of time below $1 a share a few years ago before beginning a rapid rise to around $7. Hopefully there's at least some hope for a partial repeat before the "inevitable" reverse split occurs.
